Gen1 MIVEC parts for full swap

Here i will try to list all parts needed to swap any 4g91 displacement of 1.5 L (1,496 cc), 4G92 displaces 1.6 L (1,597 cc) or 4G93 is a 1.8 L (1,834 cc) engine of gen1 to mivec head.

Table shows part name in first column, then engine model and comment if that part is needed or not.
