The plan is to have 1.6 liter Mivec engine in this mirage with suspensions chassis ready for my amateur street racing
Actually finally i found engine then Putra(Proton 418 Coupe Putra Passenger etc.) but it has tons of issues with glasses

While i was searching for glasses the Mirage S came in
so finally after all CA4A colts Putra's i found this Mirage S

moving on to the engine:
problem is that i got this Mivec with loom and Mine's tunned ecu is remade to 1.8 will have to downgrade it to 1.6
if you aske me why: answer is on my street races there is "up to 1600cm3 " class/division and next one is "up to 2000cm3" so i don't want to fight hondas k20 (260HP) with 1.8 liter so 1.6 is good decision and engine from factory is more powerful then honda d16 b16 etc.
so this is MIVEC i found:
Owner of this engine parted out his car i ordered only engine without exhaust as it's against my street racing rules it has to be OEM
as the engine came in i took off the valve cover to see if it's has everything inside
yes it might be that it's "black top mivec" but not sure
and yes the ecu has MINE's tuned eprom on it hoping that it will run with it nicely
After some time i decided that i need new pistons as the 1.8 ones will not fit on my 4g92 DOCH engine so ordered new ones from Malysia:
Found MIVEC covers and ordered them to have nice look under hood
once they arrived
Engine owner had Exedy 4punch clutch set even it's used it will work perfectly for my street racing
he he 10k rpm cluster is on his way
i was told that it just spins in mph but speed is in km/h
thinking of redoing that side of speed to EU one as there is mo maximum speed as i think i might achieve 200+kmh
once arrived and works added it to other Colt of mine for testing and see how it goes
10 rpm cluster Colt CA 4G61 N/A engine
in final what I've done is added km/h to it
so here is 10r/rpm cluster with 240km/h speed scale
works fine just slow in showing speed, but will fix that later
Eclipse 2G GST rear win on mirage
just for fun added GST wing on trunk of mirage and thinking of remaking one to fit the trunk from some sides looks good need to work on that later as it does not look that good from sides
Started to work on engine:
Once all this job was done worked on pistons to get then ceramic coating covered and assembled.
Got all new racing bearing and assembled cylinder block with crankshaft pistons
Once crankshaft is installed will have to check NM torques to tighten bolts as per factory requirements
